Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SmartLife Foundation's website, services, programs, and volunteer opportunities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or participate in our programs.

SmartLife Foundation is a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO/NGO) with the Community Development Authority of Dubai, dedicated to empowering blue-collar workers and enriching communities.

Our Mission & Services

SmartLife Foundation provides various services and programs including but not limited to:

• Free English language lessons for blue-collar workers
• Mentorship and personal development programs
• Community outreach and recreational activities
• Volunteer coordination and management
• Fundraising campaigns and donation management
• Educational events and workshops
• Awareness campaigns and community engagement

Volunteer & Participant Obligations

As a volunteer, donor, or participant in SmartLife Foundation programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and enrollment
• Respect the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of all beneficiaries and fellow volunteers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the UAE and Dubai
• Adhere to SmartLife Foundation's code of conduct and ethical guidelines
• Not engage in any discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
• Not misuse or misrepresent SmartLife Foundation's name, resources, or programs
• Not use our services for any commercial or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain professional conduct during all foundation activities

Sponsorship & Financial Contributions

When making Sponsorship to SmartLife Foundation:

• All Sponsorship are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law
• Sponsorship will be used exclusively for SmartLife Foundation's charitable programs and operations
• We reserve the right to allocate Sponsorship to areas of greatest need unless specified otherwise
• Tax receipts will be provided in accordance with UAE regulations
• We maintain transparency in our financial operations and regularly report on fund utilization

Intellectual Property Rights

The SmartLife Foundation website, including all content, graphics, logos, text, images, and software, is the property of SmartLife Foundation and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or reproduce our materials without written permission
• Use our materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Transfer or sell our materials to any third party

You may share our content for educational and awareness purposes with proper attribution to SmartLife Foundation.

Photography & Media Consent

By participating in SmartLife Foundation events and programs, you acknowledge that:

• Photographs and videos may be taken during our activities
• These media materials may be used for promotional, awareness, and fundraising purposes
• We respect privacy and will honor requests to not be photographed if communicated in advance
• Beneficiaries' identities will be protected when necessary

Privacy & Data Protection

SmartLife Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy:

• We collect only necessary information for program administration and volunteer coordination
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent
• We maintain secure systems to protect your information
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us

Limitation of Liability

SmartLife Foundation strives to provide safe and valuable programs:

• We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during voluntary participation in our programs
• Volunteers and participants assume personal responsibility for their safety
• We are not responsible for any personal property loss or damage
• Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue programs without prior notice

Account Security & Access

If you create an account or register for our programs:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may not share your account with others

Compliance with Laws & Regulations

SmartLife Foundation operates in full compliance with:

• The laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates
• The Community Development Authority of Dubai requirements
• International standards for non-profit organizations
• Ethical guidelines for charitable work

All participants must also comply with applicable laws when engaging with our organization.

Amendments to Terms

SmartLife Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination of Services

SmartLife Foundation reserves the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms
