Smart Hands
Our SmartHands team showcased handmade crafts at the SMBC Corporate Office and achieved AED 4,450 in sales within just three hours.
We extend heartfelt thanks to the SMBC team for their unwavering support. Their encouragement keeps our blue-collar artisans inspired to create, earn, and grow with dignity.

Smart Medic
Over the last two months, SmartMedic reached 782 workers through two general health check-ups and five eye-screening camps.
A total of 445 pairs of glasses were distributed, 110 sponsored by Hilton and 335 by ALEC.
We sincerely thank our partners for helping us bring clearer vision and better health to our worker community.

Smart Digital
Formerly known as Smart Computers, Smart Digital continues to expand digital learning opportunities across six active centres.
With new programs in Jebel Ali and strong volunteer participation from schools and corporates, more than 150 students are now developing essential digital skills to enhance their professional growth.

Smart Distribution
What began as a Ramadan initiative is now a year-round act of care.
This year, thanks to our generous partners:
• Hilton (390 grocery packs)
• Oliver Wyman (200 hygiene packs)
• Tata Communications (300 food parcels)
• Adyen (150 care and 150 food packs)
• HPE (455 grocery packs)
hundreds of workers continue to receive essential supplies each week.

SmartWoman
October was a month of purpose as SmartWoman organized eight Breast Cancer Screening Camps, benefiting more than 900 female frontline workers across major labour camps.
Sessions were conducted in partnership with leading hospitals and supported by community organizations.
SmartWoman also launched its eight-week wellness series under the Dubai 30×30 Fitness Challenge, inspiring participants to stay fit, strong, and positive.

Smart Living
SmartLiving, in collaboration with SmartWoman, conducted “Mind Matters: Caring for the Caregivers,” promoting physical and mental wellbeing among female frontline workers.
Sessions covered mindfulness, stretching, financial awareness, and self-care.
An additional awareness program at Sobha Camp focused on stress, addiction, and coping techniques, encouraging participants to replace harmful habits with healthier routines.

Smart English
Our SmartEnglish Workforce Development Program continues to empower learners every Sunday.
Spanning five levels from Beginner to Professional, the 16-week course builds confidence and workplace communication skills.
We appreciate the commitment of our volunteer teachers who dedicate their time to uplifting and empowering our learners.

Smart Idol 2026
Smart Idol continues to uncover exceptional talent among blue-collar workers.
Two of our participants reached the finals of the “Champ Ka Camp” competition, with one of them winning the top prize of AED 30,000.
Their achievements stand as a testament to the incredible talent and spirit within our community.

Smart Buddy (School)
The SmartBuddy English Program serves 54 students across four batches, taught weekly by our volunteer teachers.
These students are children of blue-collar workers in Dubai and from underprivileged communities, learning English to build confidence and opportunity.

Smart Buddy (UAE Kids)
The program supports 15 young learners through daily online English sessions across four levels, powered by a dedicated team of ten volunteer teachers.
These children come from different Emirates and continue to grow in communication and learning skills through consistent mentorship.

Smart Buddy (College)
The SmartBuddy College Program offers intensive English training for youth aiming to enhance their academic and career prospects.
Conducted online by qualified volunteer instructors, this three-month course focuses on developing strong communication and comprehension skills for professional readiness.

Smart Jobs
We are pleased to share the success of one of our participants who secured employment with Emrill Services LLC through the SmartJobs initiative.
This success is a reminder that skill and opportunity, when connected, can transform lives.

Other Highlights
SmartLife was invited by the Consulate General of India, Dubai, to attend a special interaction marking the launch of the ePassport facility by the Indian Embassy and CGI.
The event showcased the enhanced features and benefits of the new ePassport system, which aims to improve security, convenience, and efficiency for Indian citizens in the UAE.
SmartLife pledged its support in helping blue-collar workers benefit from this initiative.
